facilitator?

Hye everyone....
Being a facilitator is always a trouble for people who doesn’t have any experience and not used to be a goos speaker or listener. Here some tips for us to be agood facilitator.
How to Be a Good Facilitator
Here are a few tips to running good discussions once you get people together
  1. Questioning.  Lead the discussion by asking questions. Try to ask open-ended questions (questions that require more than a “yes” or “no” answer).

  2. Active Listening.  Listen in a way that makes the speaker feel like you are really interested in what they are saying and that you are trying to fully understand. Maintain eye contact, use encouraging phrases (such as, “Tell me more”), and give full attention to the person who is talking.

  3. Positive Body Language.  You can communicate your interest in what the speaker is saying through your body language. Sitting straight in your chair, leaning forward slightly, and nodding often while maintaining eye contact with the person who is speaking will let them know that you are listening and interested.

  4. Paraphrasing and Summarizing.  Listen for key words and say back to the group what is being said.  This helps keep the participants focused on the discussion. It also makes the speaker feel like you have heard what she has said, and it allows the opportunity for her to clarify a point that may not have been clearly understood the first time.

  5. Neutrality.  While it’s ok for you to express your opinions, you should keep those opinions out of your role as facilitator when others are sharing their opinions.  Encourage others’ ideas to be heard before offering your own solution. Your main goal is to get everyone in the group to share their perspective, and we want to ensure they feel like they can express whatever views they hold, no matter how different they may be from the views of the rest of the group or you.

  6. Offering Encouragement.  Some people may not feel confident about sharing their opinions. They may feel like their thoughts won’t be appreciated or that their ideas are wrong. Your job as facilitator is to make everyone in the group feel like he matters and has something important to contribute.

stop it!!

Too much!! Smoking is one of the most irritating habits that able to make me sick of someone. Smoking is a hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive. Like heroin or other addictive drugs, the body and mind quickly become so used to the nicotine in cigarettes that a person needs to have it just to feel normal. Yeah! Whatever, like I care about that. The point is smoking hazardous for our health. Even worst, when it comes to religion, smoking is forbidden. So, there is no reason for us to smoke especially as a girl no matter how cute you are. So, attention to all!! Please stop smoking….. L

friendship???

Life is so short that we need someone to share our thoughts and feelings. Definitely, a thought would arise in our mind asking who it could be whom we can trust so closely. Answer might be who someone closes to you, but who? Parents, brother, sister…..! Apparently, it hardly comes to anyone’s mind a “true friend”. You are no nearer to true friendship than if you choose them for commercial reason. Besides who are you that you should be setting a price upon your friendship? It is enough for any man that he has the divine power of making friends, and he must leave it to that power of making friends. Is there anyone out there knows the meaning of the word friendship, frankly, or sarcastically? Friends and their friendship play a great role in everyone’s life. It is a gift that we offer because we must; to give it as the reward of virtue would be to set a price upon it, and those who do that have no friendship to give. We would meet a lot of people in our life, from those we choose friends and among those, we make our best friend. For me, those who willing to sacrifice and be with me no matter what happens are my friends. J

the bermuda triangle

The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region in the western part of the
North Atlantic Ocean where a number of aircraft and surface vessels allegedly disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Popular culture has attributed these disappearances to the paranormal or activity by extraterrestrial beings.[1] Documented evidence indicates that a significant percentage of the incidents were inaccurately reported or embellished by later authors, and numerous official agencies have stated that the number and nature of disappearances in the region is similar to that in any other area of ocean or can be define is inexorably associated with time travel, UFOs, missing time and wormholes. Credible witnesses to the effects of the Bermuda Triangle have been witnessed by Charles Lindbergh to Christopher Columbus. When Charles Lindbergh was making a nonstop flight from Havana to St. Louis his magnetic compass started rotating. His Earth-inductor-compass needle jumped back and forth erratically.Even a great pilot like Charles Lindbergh witnessed unusual events while flying in the reaches of the Bermuda Triangle...

my personality based on my birthday...

Ever wondered, what does my birthday reveal about my personality? The answer to this question is contained in the study of Numerology. Numerology was an accepted part of ancient mathematics and revolves around the study of numbers, with each number from 0 to 9 representing a different personality trait based on its association. If you want to skip this definition and go straight to formula that will answer what does my birthday reveal about my personality, scroll down to the birth path calculation below.
Using rudimentary mathematics you can find out what your birth path numbers (often referred to as life path numbers) are according to numbers that make up your date of birth. Each birth path contains primary and secondary influences. Your primary birth path comes from the actual day of your birth. Your secondary birth path is derived from the sum of the month, day, and year contained in your birth date.
An example of a birth path calculation to answer the question; what does my birthday reveal about my personality, is given below:
Using the date of birth, November 14, 1983 we can calculate the primary and secondary birth path numbers:
Month: 11
Day: 14 (1+4 = 5) Remember 5 is the primary birth path number because it is the actual day of your birth.
Year: 1983 (1+9+8+3 = 21 and then you add these, 2+1 = 3)
Month + Day (using the value calculated above) + Year (using the value calculated above) = (11+5+3 = 19, and if add these two numbers together you get 10 (1+9 = 10)
Now you would have to add them together one more time to reduce this number to a single digit (1 thru 9) or to one of the Master Numbers (11 or 22). In this example, 10 is further reduced to: 1+0 = 1, and 1 is the secondary birth path number. This last step is not always necessary, but is needed in this example to reduce this to a single number.
Note: The numbers 11 and 22 are master numbers and are not summed together. Simple numbers are 1 thru 9, and master numbers are 11(not 1+1 to = 2) and 22 (not 2 + 2 to = 4).
Simple numbers and master numbers are associated with the following personality traits:
Number 1 = One who has a need for personal attainment or an Achiever.
Number 2 = One who clearly sees the full spectrum of viewpoints in any argument or situation, Idealist.
Number 3 = Artist, one that emphasizes expression, sociability, and creativity.
Number 4 = The most trustworthy, practical, and down-to-earth of individuals, a Pragmatist.
Number 5 = An Opportunist, one of those people who is always striving to find answers to the many questions that life poses.
Number 6 = A Caregiver, you feel a strong sense of responsibility, are idealistic and need to feel useful to be happy.
Number 7 = A Seeker, one with a peaceful and affectionate soul.
Number 8 = Affluent, one who is very independent, forceful and competitive.
Number 9 = A Philosopher, a person with compassion, generosity, and a very humanitarian attitude.
Number 11 = A Visionary, one with spiritual awareness, understanding and knowledge beyond the grasp of others.
Number 22 = A Global Thinker, the most powerful of all the Life Path numbers. This individual can achieve enormous success, prestige, and fame if they have the desire and willingness to achieve it.
Now that you have answered the question what does my birthday reveal about my personality, you can use the primary and secondary life path numbers obtained from your birth date, along with the descriptions or definitions for these numbers to see how Numerology describes your individual personality traits. You can also use other people’s birth dates to see how Numerology describes their individual primary and secondary personality traits.... HAVE FUN!!! GOOD LUCK ;-)
